How we decide
Every idea gets an answer from the team, with a status and a reason. Support shows what matters. In a challenge, votes choose a final of five and a jury chooses up to three winners.
From a need to a team response
Describe one situation and a change that would help. Others can support or develop the proposal. The team’s response and status stay with the idea.
