Version 3.1 · Effective 15 October 2026 · English edition

1. Provider and scope

FizzUp Ideas is operated by DB 77 CUW Sp. z o.o., ul. Żółkiewskiego 31, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, KRS 0000755526, NIP 8792706635 ("FizzUp", "we"). Contact: support@fizzup.ai. The Programme is available at https://fizzup.ai/ideas. It is a community for sharing, discussing and evaluating ideas to improve the FizzUp language-learning product, its AI coaches and learning experiences. It is not an employment, investment, partnership or professional consultancy scheme.

"Programme" means this web community; "App" means the separate FizzUp mobile app; "Contribution" means an idea, comment or suggested extension; "Member" means a person with a verified email account; "Public Content" means contributions approved for publication. These Programme Terms govern the Programme; the App has separate terms and privacy information. The FizzUp Next positioning describes personal growth through language learning; it does not change the identity of the provider or constitute a guarantee of outcomes.

2. Who may participate

Anyone may read publicly available pages. Only people aged 18 or over may register, submit, comment or vote. Registration requires an email address, verification of that address, a selected public nickname, a truthful age declaration and acceptance of these Terms, Community Guidelines and the Idea Licence. Registration is free; a mobile app account, invitation or access code is not required. One person may maintain one voting account. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we restrict participation and remove identifying public content without undue delay, normally within 24 hours of confirmation. The independent age settings of the App do not expand eligibility for the Programme.

3. Contributions

One idea should propose one change and describe (a) what happens today, (b) what should work differently and (c) why it matters. Before submitting, search for comparable ideas. You may submit in your own language. We may use automated tools to produce an English machine translation, marked as such; the original text remains the source contribution. Do not include private conversation transcripts, health information, names or contact details of other people, confidential company material, copyrighted third-party material without permission, or advertising. Contributions are publicly visible once they pass automatic safety checks and may be found, copied or indexed by third parties. Privacy requests to FizzUp cannot erase independent copies held by third parties.

4. Review, discussion and status

Automated screening checks submissions for apparent spam, prohibited material and personal data. Passing this check permits immediate publication; it is not a legal endorsement. Human review and notice-based moderation may follow. Ideas can have these statuses: Submitted, Published, Under Review, Exploring, Planned, In Progress, Shipped, Not Now, Declined, Merged or Removed. We may change status following product assessment and explain material decisions publicly. We review highly supported and material reports regularly, without promising a specific shipping date. A response at 25 valid votes means a product review; 100 valid votes means a founder response. Neither threshold guarantees approval or implementation. There is no automatic intellectual-property transfer or compensation on acceptance.

5. Voting

Each verified Member has one revocable support vote per idea. A Member may not vote on their own idea. Voter identities are not public. We may investigate manipulated activity using proportionate anti-abuse signals and temporarily hold or invalidate suspicious votes; we explain consequential decisions and accept appeals at support@fizzup.ai. Duplicate ideas may be merged while preserving original contributors' names or nicknames, subject to their display preferences. Vote counts may change after verification.

6. Co-creator recognition

A Member whose idea or accepted extension reaches Planned may receive the honorary FizzUp Co-creator designation. Public recognition (including a name on a recognition wall, an interview or an implementation credit) is voluntary and can be withdrawn as to future display. The role gives no company shares, legal authorship of software, remuneration, rights to direct development, employment or management powers.

7. Challenges and rewards

No prize challenge or conversation-minute reward programme is active on 15 October 2026. Votes, comments, submissions and extensions do not currently earn conversation minutes or any monetary equivalent. Any future challenge will be announced with its own complete rules, eligibility, dates, judging criteria, and award details before participation opens. FizzUp may introduce discretionary free usage promotions under separate terms; they are not consideration for ideas. We will not retrospectively promise rewards for activities undertaken before a specific scheme begins.

8. App access and six-digit codes

Programme membership does not provide App access or premium functionality. An optional, separately requested App testing route is reviewed manually by the founder. If accepted, the applicant may receive a six-digit programme reference code by email. The code does not sign the user in, unlock paid content, or guarantee earlier access; any enabled App functionality is governed by the App's own lawful access configuration. Applications may be declined based on testing capacity, language or compatibility with the testing plan, without discriminatory selection. Inactivity rules applicable to any separate testing pathway do not affect Programme membership.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights to original expression in your Contributions. By submitting, you accept the separate FizzUp Ideas Idea Licence, incorporated into these Terms. High-level ideas, methods and functionality may be independently developed by FizzUp or other contributors, and no exclusivity or payment arises merely from suggesting them. You must have the right to submit the Contribution. The use of the label "Co-creator" does not create co-authorship of FizzUp software.

10. Moderation and appeals

We apply the Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. Anyone can report apparently illegal content using the Report control or by emailing support@fizzup.ai with the precise URL, concern and contact details; reports are assessed under our notice-and-action process. We may remove or restrict content or accounts for breaches or legal reasons. Affected Members receive the reason for a restriction where required by law and can request reconsideration by replying within six months of notice; the founder reviews the case afresh, may consult a separate AI assessment, and remains responsible for the final decision. Statutory remedies are unaffected. We aim to prioritise urgent reports and ordinarily answer other reports within 72 hours, but no absolute 4-hour service-level guarantee is made.

11. Privacy and external tools

Please read the standalone FizzUp Ideas Privacy Notice before registration. We process account information, Contributions, moderation and security data to operate the Programme. Only public Contributions may be used for public project discussions. At launch we do not export identifiable or pseudonymised user Contributions into GitHub or external third-party AI analysis systems. Private App conversation feedback and transcripts are never automatically published on the Programme. Google-powered moderation and translation may process submission text under the arrangements described in the Privacy Notice. Material changes to the recipient or purpose of processing require advance disclosure and, where applicable, additional permission.

12. Service availability and changes

We may improve or discontinue features, with proportionate notice for material changes. We will not retrospectively alter a live challenge to participants' disadvantage. We may suspend an account for security, persistent misuse or unlawful content, applying proportionality. The Programme is free and provided with reasonable care, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or adoption of any idea. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Complaints and contact

Send account, moderation and Programme complaints to support@fizzup.ai and personal-data rights requests to privacy@fizzup.ai. Include the associated email, link and an explanation; do not email passwords or full private transcripts. We acknowledge and handle complaints without undue delay and ordinarily provide a substantive answer within 14 days, without reducing legal rights or statutory time limits. Privacy rights are described in the Privacy Notice. The European Commission's former ODR platform is not presented as available.

14. Applicable law and language

Polish law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules. Consumers retain protections and courts available to them under applicable mandatory law in their place of habitual residence. For a person who registers through the Polish-language Programme, the Polish edition governs; for an English-language registration, the English edition governs. In a conflict, mandatory law takes precedence. The Programme offers complete terms and notices in Polish, English, German, French and Spanish. The edition shown to a Member in the language selected at acceptance governs the Programme relationship, subject to mandatory consumer protections. The Polish-reference-language clause in the separate FizzUp App Terms remains unchanged and governs those App Terms. We record the accepted edition and version.
