Age Policy (18+) — FizzUp

1. The rule

The FizzUp Service is intended for users aged 18 years or older.

2. Why 18+

FizzUp may involve:

• interactions with AI,
• speech processing (microphone, transcripts),
• learning personalization (educational profiling),
• paid features (subscriptions).

For these reasons, at the MVP stage we adopt the 18+ rule.

3. No knowing collection of children's data

We do not direct the Service to persons under 18 and do not intend to knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account is run by a person under 18, we may:

• block access,
• delete the account,
• redact the data, subject to legal obligations.

5. Possible future (schools / minor accounts)

If in the future we launch a product for schools or minors, it will require separate rules, consents and documents.
