Enterprise Terms (B2B) — FizzUp (skeleton)
1. Contract structure
An enterprise agreement may consist of:
- the Order Form,
- the Enterprise Terms,
- the Data Processing Agreement (DPA),
- the Security Schedule,
- the list of subprocessors,
- the policies (AUP, AI transparency).
Order of precedence: Order Form → DPA (for data) → Enterprise Terms → Policies.
2. Access and users
- a seat-based model (named users),
- account administration (inviting/removing),
- internal (training) use only, without resale.
3. Data visibility by company administrators
By default, we recommend reporting aggregates only (number of sessions, activity), without insight into private transcripts/audio, unless expressly agreed otherwise in the Order Form and the users have been informed.
4. Company materials
Materials provided by the company may be used to generate training scenarios within that company. Training third-party models on company materials without express written consent is prohibited.
5. Fees, support, SLA
To be agreed in the Order Form (prices, deadlines, no SLA in the MVP unless agreed).
6. Confidentiality, liability, termination
To be negotiated for B2B (liability limits, termination rules, data export/deletion).
