Acceptable Use Policy — FizzUp

1. Purpose

These rules are intended to protect users and the Service from abuse and to support safe use of the AI and voice features.

2. General principle

You may use FizzUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited content

You must not enter, generate or distribute content that:

• is illegal,
• incites violence or contains threats,
• harasses or discriminates,
• infringes the rights of third parties (including copyright and privacy),
• contains malware, fraud instructions, or phishing,
• sexually exploits minors.

4. Prohibited use of AI

You must not use AI in FizzUp to:

• generate spam and fraud,
• impersonate / pose as other people,
• circumvent safeguards,
• mass-generate harmful content,
• attempt to extract prompts/system instructions or recreate the Service for competitive purposes.

5. Prohibited technical actions

You must not:

• attempt to break security, scan for vulnerabilities, or perform penetration tests without consent,
• scrape/crawl the Service,
• reverse engineer,
• abuse the API,
• create accounts automatically (bots),
• manipulate payments or plan limits.

6. Voice features

You must not:

• record other people without their consent,
• transmit other people's recordings without authorization,
• use voice features to attempt biometric identification of individuals.

7. Enforcement

In the event of violations, we may:

• restrict access to features,
• suspend or delete the account,
• block payments,
• pass information to the authorities where required by law.
