    I ask which conversations English makes hardest: meetings, clients, presentations. I don’t open with a generic pitch.

    A live conversation

    If it makes sense, I show you a conversation with Malcolm on one of your situations — plus what the employee sees, and what the company doesn’t.

  3. 3

    An honest answer

    A pilot proposal: who takes part, 2–3 scenarios, and what we check after 6 weeks. Or an honest “this isn’t for you”.
