- How do AI speaking minutes work?
- Minutes are how FizzUp is measured. Each plan comes with a clear monthly pool of AI speaking minutes — Individual has 750, Family has 1,000 shared, Company has 900 per user. You spend minutes when you talk to your coach; everything else (materials, saved phrases, reviews) is included.
- What happens if I run out of minutes?
- Nothing breaks — you simply top up by buying a minute pack whenever you need more, and your pool refills with each new billing month. There's no surprise charge: you choose when to add more.
- Can I share with my family?
- Yes. The Family plan gives you up to 4 profiles sharing one pool of 1,000 AI speaking minutes. Each profile keeps its own coach, progress and saved phrases — one simple price for the whole household.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — a 7-day trial with 60 voice minutes, so you can talk to your coach and feel the method before you decide. No commitment.
- Monthly or annual?
- Both. Monthly gives you full flexibility to cancel anytime. Annual costs less over the year — use the Monthly / Annual switch at the top of the page to compare.
