Subprocessors — FizzUp

1. Subprocessors (confirmed in the code)

1.1 Hosting and database

  • Railway — hosting of backend services and the Postgres database (region depends on the project configuration).

1.2 AI / LLM (text)

The backend supports (depending on the configuration of keys and settings):

  • z.ai (Zhipu GLM),
  • OpenRouter,
  • Anthropic,
  • OpenAI,
  • Google Gemini (text — optional, if forced in the configuration).

1.3 Speech (STT/TTS)

Depending on configuration:

  • OpenAI — Whisper (Speech-to-Text),
  • Google Cloud — Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech.

1.4 Real-time speech (Speak / Gemini Live)

  • Google — Gemini Live API (WebSocket connection directly from the user's device; the backend issues an ephemeral token).

1.5 Payments

  • Stripe — payments/subscriptions in the web checkout/portal model (if keys are enabled).

2. Notes on regions and transfers

The processing regions and transfer mechanisms (EEA / outside the EEA) must be confirmed on the basis of:

  • the infrastructure configuration (Railway region),
  • the service settings (Google / OpenAI / Anthropic / Stripe projects),
  • the content of the DPA and the standard contractual clauses (SCC) offered by the providers.

3. Changes to the list

We update the list before adding new subprocessors that will process personal data.
